Fees and Packages

Guest Packages

After Registering yourself you may register a guest for one of the following packages:

Guest Package A: $200 - Includes reception, dinner, and charity event (Mon., 10/18) & the Conference Banquet (Wed., 10/20).

Guest Package B: $325 - Includes all of Package A in addition all meal functions, and keynote speakers with the conference attendees as listed on the conference agenda (Mon. 10/18 – Thurs. 10/21).

None of the packages allow for guest attendance at regular sessions.

Breakfast Daily, starting on Tuesday morning
Refreshment break Mid-morning and mid-afternoon as indicated on agenda
3 Keynote Sessions One offered each day

Opening Event Reception, dinner and charity event
Conference Banquet Wednesday evening, includes off-site dinner and entertainment
Onsite on demand print Most presentations available for onsite printing
Session presentations Provided electronically on a flash drive

Please note: All meals and events during MHSC10 are for adults. Special services and activities for children may be independently arranged through the hotel concierge.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and received by October 1, 2010. A $100 administration fee for cancellation will be assessed; however substitutions are permitted up to October 1, 2010 at no additional charge. After that date, no refunds will be given, and substitutions will also have a $100 administration fee. Allowable refunds will be issued after the conference.
